Subscription Management

Can I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription at any time. You can do this from your account settings.

Cancellation Process:

  1. Log in to your TalkTune account
  2. Go to Settings > Subscription
  3. Click "Cancel Subscription"
  4. Confirm your cancellation

Note: You'll retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing period.

Where can I find my invoices?

You can find your invoices in your account settings under the billing section.

Accessing Invoices:

  1. Log in to your account
  2. Navigate to Settings > Billing
  3. Click on "Payment History"
  4. Download or view your invoices

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) and PayPal.

  • Bank transfers (for annual plans)
  • Apple Pay and Google Pay (mobile apps)

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect immediately and billing is prorated.

Plan Changes:

  • Upgrades: Applied immediately with prorated charges
  • Downgrades: Take effect at next billing cycle
  • Annual Plans: Prorated based on remaining days

Cancellation Policy

Refund Policy:

  • Free trial: No charges if cancelled within 14 days
  • Monthly plans: No refunds for partial months
  • Annual plans: Prorated refunds available within 30 days

Account Retention:

  • Cancelled accounts retain data for 90 days
  • Reactivation possible within retention period
  • Permanent deletion after 90 days
